YAY! EDUCATIONAL WORKSHOPS
YAY! Educational Workshops! Drawing from a wealth of experience in overcoming mental health challenges, the foundation utilizes research-backed methodologies proven effective. Through the integration of personal lived experiences and humor, these workshops create a unique and immersive environment aimed at empowering individuals to cultivate resilience, self-confidence, and mental strength.
These workshops go beyond theory, offering practical tools derived from real-life experiences.
Additionally, the foundation collaborates with organizations to enhance message delivery through humor and storytelling. Emotional Wellness During Adverse Times,
National Alliance on Mental Illness
"Aidan created and delivered "Emotional Wellness During Adverse Times" for my peers at NAMI Orange County. The training provided the participants a wonderful roadmap for joyful living that felt actionable and sustainable. It dove deep into emotional topics in a fun, safe and digestible way!
The training was specialized, unique and impactful. Delivered with humor the program also felt fun and was well received by my staff members."

I wish to extend special thanks to The YAY FOUNDATION! Aidan was so great at connecting with our young people. I received much positive feedback from the tutors.
I also managed to speak to some of the learners individually today. One of the things that really resonated with me, was one of the girls telling me "that Aidan asked us questions that nobody has asked us at school". That was powerful and really made a deep impact on me.
Thank you for opening a window for our young people to get a glimpse of their future. In the words of one of the tutors, "the seed has been planted".

His unique story of being HIV positive, undocumented, homeless, and overcoming these challenges was truly inspiring. I believe that endorsing and funding Aidan Park's programming with Yay Foundation will not only amplify the message of mental health awareness but will also lead to impactful collaborations, awareness campaigns, and educational initiatives that would benefit individuals and communities on a larger scale.
